Pure Water & Mineral Water Production Line

This machine is mainly suitable as a water filling machine, fully automated with the added function of washing and filling all in one machine.

Suitable for PET/plastic bottles and would predominantly be used for mineral water, wine or still non-carbonated liquid.

 This machine has the benefit of parts being easily adjusted or changed to suit different bottle sizes, ensuring stable, reliable pressure filling for greater efficiency.

 

This machine uses an advanced OMROM programmed controller (PLC) for efficient automation and uses an air conveyor device to feed bottles. The bottle feeder is speed adjustable and Cooperates with the inverter to make the bottle feed more stable and reliable. This machine uses a Photoelectric detection device for the advantage of highly  automation and easy operation.
