This series is specifically designed for PET bottle carbonated drink filling and integrates the functions of washing, filling, and capping in one machine.

This machine is mainly used for washing, filling, and capping carbonated beverages such as carbonated water, cola, sparkling wine, soda water, etc.

Thanks to block bottle neck technology, the machine can easily handle different bottle sizes. Adjustment is simple

just adjust the relative height of the arc plate.

The parts that contact the bottles and caps are made of food-grade stainless steel.The capping mechanism does not touch the bottle thread, preventing secondary contamination.

A pneumatic diaphragm valve controls the flow of CO₂ into the liquid, ensuring high filling accuracy.

The open-valve mechanism is cylinder-driven, providing excellent accuracy and reliability.

The high-precision filling valve enables high-flow, fast, and accurate filling without disturbing the liquid surface.

The capping head uses a constant-torque magnetic device to guarantee capping quality without damaging the caps. Combined with an efficient cap

management system, it ensures smooth cap feeding and includes a cap shortage protection device.
