This filling line is specially designed for the production of 5-gallon (18.9 L) barreled drinking water, with available capacities (bottles per hour) of: 100 bph, 150 bph, 240 bph, 300 bph, 450 bph, 600 bph, 900 bph, and 1200 bph.

It integrates the bottle washer, filler, and capper into a single monoblock unit. The washing process features multiple injections of detergent washing and disinfectant/bleaching for thorough cleaning and sterilization.

The capping system automatically applies and seals the barrel caps. The line is equipped with a water-spraying device that sterilizes the caps to ensure they are aseptic before application.

The entire production process includes barrel feeding, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting, and product discharge — is fully automatic. This new-generation barreled water production line combines mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic technologies into one highly efficient system.
