This machine is used to unscramble bottles and sort them by feeding the bottles in to a storage tank , the inner rotating disk then rotates the bottles and by the use of air and the rotating disk within the storage tank, the bottles are fed on to an air conveyor line.

The machine has an exclusive design which has a combination of a rotating steel blade and a center guide column. This design combination ensures a smooth straight cut and can help extend the life of blades and machine parts. This machine only uses a Jane Ming control interface to ensure easy operation as it is constant and practical in use. This machine uses a DC brush less belt driven motor for easy maintenance.

This machine has a fully enclosed touch screen box and uses a Takatsuki series lazar eye to ensure a more accurate signal reading. Together they make operation simple and easy to set speed and other settings that might be needed for various types of bottles, can or containers.

This machine has the capability to sleeve a variety of containers for beverages, cleaning supplies, medicine and other types of bottles including glass, PET, PVC, PS, and cans.

This is a fully automated, safe and fast packaging line and able to be easily adjusted to suit customers’ needs.
